Available here is a scarce example from the large Buck-Toothed Eagle family. This example was struck on a debased silver, also known as billon, planchet, but this particular mix seems to be relatively copper rich as the surfaces are darker than usual for varieties from this family. Most of the details on the surface are still visible, and the surfaces have shown a bit of wear and tear during its life. Overall, still an acceptable example of a variety which rarely becomes available.
