1837 4-D is associated with the Anachronistic family. It gets this family name by having a Capped Bust obverse paired with a Seated reverse! Only 3 examples of this variety have been documented, and a similar amount if not fewer examples have been documented for 1838 11-L, the other Anachronistic family variety! Therefore, acquiring any example from this family is a challenge.
