This variety is associated with the Too Legit to Quit family. All varieties were struck on excellently uniform German silver planchets, and all have the same lettered edge die.
 
Althought this is a common variety, it is very uncommon to find this variety with medal turn. This may occur on just 5% of documented examples. Otherwise, this is not the pretties example out there, and this piece even sports a planchet crack!
