This variety comes from the Almost Right family, the largest 3cS family with both 1860 and 1861 dated varieties. The 1860-dated varieties are all about equal in availability.
 
This example is nicely detailed but with a bit more weakness on the obverse rim  than usual. This piece is better in hand than the photos portray.
