This is a very high-grade example of a popular transfer die counterfeit Seated dime with the later Barber reverse. Because this has the Barber reverse it was found to be part of the TRANSITION family. This example does have a number of authenticity test scratches across the obverse, but the luster is so nice it does not bother me at all.
